Huizhou Higreen International Agricultural Product Logistics Park is a key public livelihood project under the Vegetable Basket Project scheme of the Municipal Government of Huizhou in 2004. The planned site area of the Logistics Park totals 347,000 sqm and the accumulated investment to-date amounts to RMB 500 million (equivalent of HKD 600 million).

Aggregating approximately 3,000 trading businesses, the Logistics Park has grown into a major wholesale market for a comprehensive range of agricultural products, accounting for 80% of vegetable and subsidiary foodstuff consumption in Huizhou, providing ~20,000 direct and indirect employment opportunities, and has increased income for more than 60,000 households. The Logistics Park has achieved an annual turnover of RMB 14 billion (equivalent of HKD 16.8 billion) and transaction volume of 2.3 million tons per year as a "National Top 50 Agricultural Products Wholesale Market" and a key food reserve and emergency supply base under the Vegetable Basket Project scheme.

Joining hands with strategic partners, Yuhu Group has seized the historic opportunities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to advance the planning and development of the Higreen Logistics Park. Going forward, the Logistics Park will be built into a smart agricultural product industrial park with GFA of 580,000 sqm and expect to reach 7 million tons in annual transaction volume and over RMB 40 billion (equivalent of HKD 48 billion) in annual turnover, becoming a food reserve base and distribution centre for agricultural products, a transmission and distribution centre for specialty categories and a model Vegetable Basket Project of the Greater Bay Area.
