近期集團收到網絡用戶舉報，反映有不法分子以玉湖投資的名義實施網絡電信詐騙，不法分子冒用玉湖集團網站，通過Facebook等社交平臺發佈各種名義的投資詐騙資訊，如內線交易、網絡合約交易、杠杆風險評估等，實施詐騙活動。
玉湖集團提醒合作夥伴及所有用戶：
1、我集團從未在臺灣設立過投資公司，也不會從事內線交易等違法行為，亦未在Facebook等平臺發佈過類似廣告資訊，上述資訊均非我集團官方發佈。任何資訊請以官網發佈為准。
2、針對上述違法資訊，我集團已向香港警方舉報，同時將依法追究不實資訊散佈者及竊取公司資訊者的法律責任。
3、用戶收到此類資訊應提高警惕，切勿點擊不明鏈接，更不要填寫自己的個人身份、銀行卡、驗證碼等資訊，防止個人資訊洩露及資金被騙。如發現被騙，要及時聯繫銀行掛失和更改密碼，以保障資金安全，同時撥打報警電話並保留相關證據。涉及錢財往來應多方核實確認，以防上當受騙。網絡詐騙手法層出不窮，讓人防不勝防，無論何時，都應該注意要：不輕信、不透露、不轉賬、及時報案。
Yuhu Cold Chain (Guangzhou) Trading Centre has been selected as part of the “National Backbone Cold Chain Logistics Base." This represents the third Yuhu facility to achieve national-level cold chain hub status in the five years since implementing our Greater China strategy, following our successes in Chengdu and Wuhan.
This recognition highlights the effectiveness of Yuhu's five-year investment in cold chain infrastructure, successfully delivering on objectives outlined in China's 14th Five-Year Plan.
The National Development and Reform Commission's "Implementation Plan for National Backbone Cold Chain Logistics Base" aims to establish a cold chain logistics network with three levels of nodes by 2025. This network will be structured around core bases, supported by production-sales distribution centres and terminal facilities. This initiative will significantly enhance the scale, efficiency and integration of cold chain logistics while reducing waste and stabilizing market prices.
Yuhu Cold Chain proactively aligned with this national strategy as early as 2020. Our Guangzhou Trading Centre, the first in our national network, leverages Guangzhou's strategic airport location to create an international-standard digital trading park. The facility employs an innovative online-merge-offline integrated (OMO) business model and has previously been recognized within the "Guangzhou Airport National Logistics Hub" and as one of Guangzhou's first batch of Public Infrastructure for Both Normal and Emergency Use project.
As Guangdong Province's first cold chain trading park covering all temperature zones, our Guangzhou cold store has received ISO certification (ISO9001 (QMS),ISO14001 (EMS),ISO45001 (OHSMS) )and been recognized as a National Digital Warehouse Pilot Enterprise, awarded as First-Grade (Three-Star) Green Warehouse, and won the Hong Kong Green and Sustainable Contribution Award. Since fully opening on 8 April 2024, the park now hosts over 600 cold chain food enterprises, including several industry leaders with annual transaction values exceeding 2 billion yuan.
