Yuhu Group donated RMB 150 million (equivalent of HKD 180 million) for the construction of Jieyang Tower and Jieyang Tower Plaza. The building is located at the junction of Jiedong County and Dongshan District. It sits on the 206 National Road, at the gateway to the city of Jieyang, and is adjacent to the beautiful Rongjiang River.

The Plaza is constructed according to the theme of “lotus on the water”. The Tower is surrounded by small rivers, which symbolise an ancient moat and the Lingnan Water Village. Geographically, the building faces east-west. The Plaza is in the east, and the Tower, which has five floors and a height of 38 metres, is in the west. Placed in front of the Tower is the world’s largest and heaviest bronze ding vessel, with a height of 9.99 metres and a weight of 58 tons. The 136-ton Taishan Stone, which means “broad spirit”, adds a breathtaking beauty to this place. The Plaza covers an area of more than 300,000 square metres, offering a wide vision and stunning view.
